Catch the King

Announcing Catch the King!

This is a continuation of the game from 2023 with a few slight improvements.

We shuffled the remaining 30 cards and put them in randomly numbered envelopes. Each week we will sell tickets for a chance to choose one of the remaining cards.

If your ticket is drawn, choose an envelope and we will reveal the card hidden inside. If it is the King of Diamonds and you win half of the Progressive Pot! If it’s any other card, you will get 20% of the proceeds from ticket sales for that week.

The card that is picked is kept out and a new drawing will start.

HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS:

There are three ways to purchase tickets:

  • Purchase them online:
  • Tickets can be purchased at every Post 22 home game.
  • Purchase them via Venmo. @Post22Baseball

Purchase Tickets

PLAYING RULES:

  • Tickets will be sold at each home game.
  • Once a week, we will do a live Facebook video. One ticket will be drawn from those purchased.
  • The winning ticket holder will choose a card from the cards remaining and get 20% of the proceeds from that weeks’ sales.
  • For tickets purchased online, the card they chose when purchasing will be flipped over.
  • If the winning ticket holder does not draw the King of Diamonds, the card drawn will be displayed and a new round of tickets will be sold for the next weeks’ drawing.
  • If the winning ticket holder draws the King of Diamonds, they will receive half of the progressive pot. The other half will go to Post 22 and a new game will start with a full deck of cards.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible. Winners will need to show a valid ID to collect their winnings.
  • Post 22 reserves the right to add additional winning options at their sole discretion.

All proceeds will be used to get Post 22 a new bus.
